In-geom Not working On My Monk Inna's Build

In the above build, if I put In-geom in the Cube or wear an Etherial with In-geom on it, the cooldown of Fire Ally stay at about 14 seconds. I have 55% cooldown on my build.

It doesn’t get reduced by the In-geom 10 seconds at all.

All other cooldowns get reduced.

Can someone else test it?

I hear others say In-geom is working so it must be a specific bug to my build.

1. Copy the URL to the clipboard
2. Paste the URL into your forum post
3. Highlight the URL in your post
4. Click the </> button in the editor
5. This will turn your URL into pre-formatted text

In-Geom not Proc'ing after Elite Kills

Inna Monk speed runs with In-geom equipped. Been running double Inna monk speed runs with my friend, and we have noticed about 9-10 times (enough to make a bug report on it) that after killing certain Elites we are not receiving our In-Geom passive. We have found that this seems to occur more often (but not always) on illusionist Elites, and perhaps this is linked to the Blue (Gelatinous) Goblin bug, that if killed too fast, you receive no loot.
