The Conqueror objective “In for the Kill” is to kill Azmodan in under 30 seconds on T13. I killed him in about one second on both T16 and then (because it didn’t technically say T13 or HIGHER) killed him equally quickly on T13… and I still have received no credit for completing the objective.
You killed him too fast. Let him spawn first.

All the seasons I’ve done, I’ve never had this issue before with other bosses. But I waited for him to move around this time and got credit. Thanks for the easy solution to a silly glitch.
In all the previous seasons you were probably not able to oneshot a boss on the first attempt, so you never encountered it before.
The Altar gives players a lot more damage early on, so more people are encountering this issue for the first time. Just because you have not seen it before does not mean it is new. It just means it took you longer to kill him in previous seasons.
