Cant complete season journey quest with killing Azmodan under 30 seconds at t13. I tried to complete it at t16 and t13, but it didnt complete. Maybe i dont understand smth?)
I had the same. It was strange to me, because obviously he died in less than 30 sec (on T16). I remade the game and went again, but I got that feeling that somehow I must not let Azmodan touch me (or otherwise damage me in the process) and the quest was done.
Disclaimer: I do not know if this is what really helped me (since I already did this and cannot check, obviously), or was it some glitch that simply did not happen when I repeated the attempt.

Ok, I tried and its worked. Same I dont know its taken damage or game unbugged)
This has been reported in the past several times, and is similar to the blue goblins. If you kill him too quickly, the game doesn’t register it. Wait a second or two for him to fully spawn, then kill him.
