Impossible to see the seasonal achievements in the leaf icon in game

Hi,

As stated in the title, since the last crash from the game 2 weeks ago (due to the servers having a connexion problem) i can’t anymore check my achievements for my seasonal character (crusader).

I already tried to disconnect/reconnect without success.
I also tried to create a new seasonal character and i still can’t see the seasonal achievements.

I tried every methods that you sent me and unfortunataly none of them worked.
(I played diablo III on two different computers and i have the same bug for both of them) .
Do you have a link that i can use to contact the support?

In the upper right corner of this and every Blizzard webpage there’s a link, to the left of your username, that says Support.

When i click on it, it just tell me to use this forum to explain my problem.
I didn’t see any mean to contact the Support, with a mail, in the bug section of diablo III in the Support link .

Did you try the method that worked for me few days ago ?
Just try to complete one more time the objectives you had completed just before the crash. It may help to refresh the bugged datas on server side, and unlock the season journey screen.
If you see the same problem on two different computers, you probably faced a very similar bug as I did.
Please keep us informed as it may help other people hitting the same issue.
