How do I fight Skarn again, it seems like I keep killing that giant worm looking thing, but I do not advance to the Skarn fight. What am I doing wrong, what am I missing?

The Skarn fight was a solo dungeon story encounter and isn’t something you can repeat once you’ve beaten him, I believe.
