I'm suffering lag on Asia server

As the title goes, I’m suffering lags recently while playing, 2-3s delays and happens constantly to be precise.
I have checked my connection and no problem to many other servers of different games, I also did a ping check and here are the results

210.242.235.6 is Asia (Taiwan) server.
182.162.135.1 is Asia (Korea) server.
But, 103.4.115.248 is Americas (Australia) server.

In both logs, there were data packet loss starting from hop 1 (your router/modem). The worst ping were high too.

That means, some problem between your PC and router/modem.

If you are using wireless connection, try testing with wired connection.

Try power cycling your network devices (PC, router, modem). Turn them off for 10 minutes and power on them.
