Illyanna - Latency and Disconnections

I’ve been having the same issue myself. I’ve submitted a ticket. It’s not just myself. My husband is hard wired in as well as my dad. Both are on massive gaming computers. We checked with our internet company, and we are running high speeds. We weren’t having any issues until you guys did the new patch.

We haven’t seen any overall latency increase issues directly related to the patch, but there has definitely been an increase in internet traffic over the last couple of weeks and since the patch.

It’s possible that since the high latency is happening for everyone in your household it’s a problem between your internet service provider and the Diablo 3 servers.

Can you post a WinMTR run for 15-20 minutes during the time the latency is high? If you can have your husband do the same that would be helpful so we can compare them.
