What will really zing your zinger is realizing that you could theoretically never upgrade it again. Even at a 99% chance.
80% chance to succeed = 20% chance to fail
Chance to fail four times in a row = (0.2)^4 = 0.0016
16 players from 10,000 would get this result.
Unlucky? Sure.
Broken? Nope.
