I have bought d3 a couple days ago. I can play for 1h with no issues sometimes, and other times I can’t play for more than 5-10 minutes as it keeps disconnecting me from the game. My internet is fine with no packet loss when this happens. Is this normal in d3?
What error codes do you get in D3 when it happens? If it’s mostly 1016, it’s a generic code and in over 99% cases not caused by Blizzard’s servers.
Just because your internet connection seems to work fine, doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue somewhere between you and the servers.

I´m sorry, as soon as it happens again I will give you exactly what error code it is.
I had that problem. It ended up being the wi-fi USB adaptor (somehow it croaked) on my desktop. Got a new one & perfect connection.
