But I have NO in game mail with the old season stash items. It said as I remember I had 29 days to collect the items. That is all gone.
I had stripped the Season 24 guys of their gems looking forward to season 25. Multiple seasons of stash goods are now gone. Thank you,jack
Also I do not have the 1176 Paragon levels that Drkavorkian had. If you can in-game mail me the Drkavorkian stash and add his 1176 Paragon points that would fix the problem.

What Happens at the End of a Diablo III Season
While most progress from a season, like Paragon levels, gold, and materials are automatically added to your non-seasonal Diablo III characters after a season ends, items that are earned work differently.
Items that are currently equipped on a hero or in its inventory will stay on that hero as it moves to a non-Seasonal game mode. Items that are in your Seasonal stash will be sent through the in-game mail system to your non-Seasonal heroes. These items can be claimed by any non-Seasonal hero for up to 30 days from the time you first log in after the Season ends or until the second season after you last logged in begins. To access these items, enter a game and hit the Mail icon located in the lower-left corner of your screen to open up your inbox.
If you fail to claim the items in the timeframe listed above, those items will be permanently lost. Customer Support is not able to assist with claiming items in Diablo III.
The part about “or until the second season after you last logged in begins” is new and, as you’re complaint is that multiple seasons of gear are missing, I presume this means you’ve been affected by this change.
This is not a bug.
When the season ends, the XP you earned during the season is added to the XP you had non-seasonal. Your non-seasonal paragon level is then set to match the amalgamated XP total.
As an example, use a paragon calculator and lets say you had 1500 non-seasonal paragon, and earned 1176 paragon during the season. At the end of the season you’d have 1672 paragon. That’s because the XP needed to go from Paragon 1 to Paragon 1176 is the same as the XP needed to go from Paragon 1500 to Paragon 1672.
This is not a bug.
They got mailed to non-season - they don’t get mailed to your next season heroes to use in the new season. 
Not a bug - pilot error.
