So do I keep running bounty’s to get the plans or does it just happen?
The plans for the last 2 Tiers of gems (royal & flawless royal) do drop at bountys/goblins like they always did.
You need death breath to craft them. Otherwise they dont show up at the jewelcrafters default settings.
The “marquise” gems are craftable from the get go and you only need 3 “star” gems and i think 200.000 gold.
They also drop from lvl 61 on or earlier if you find the right goblin.
