I didn't get my challenge rift bag

I completed the seasonal rift after creating a seasonal character, but received nothing.

Weird.

Am I alone ?

Season 27 is over and season 28 doesn’t start until later today.

Are you trying to trick us?

Your EU profile has a seasonal character listed but it looks to be old (Nov 2022). You have nothing on America or Asia regions.

Last active character is your Barb and Necro from yesterday.

Then you have like 4 lvl 1 Necro’s created today. But none of them are showing they are in seasons.

I think you jumped the gun there. Or something.

Nevermind, the Euro realm has already begun. I just checked.

You have to make sure that the character is created first for season or rebirthed, then start a game and exit, THEN do the challenge rift.

I didn’t get your challenge rift bag either. Something must be wrong. I always get rewarded for Luigi’ng.

Well, its possible that the system didn’t update its location. You could check multiple characters, see if you got a mail icon at the bottom for the cache. I would check both seasonal and non-seasonal. If it only shows up in non-season, that means you managed to earn it while not actually in the season. This is why I always create my seasonal character (or rebirth) then start a game with that character, then exit the game, then do the challenge rift, then go back to that character and get the cache.

Just means you might have to try to get the next challenge rift instead.

If one completes the challenge rift, the cache is going to be awarded somewhere.

Where has two possibilities, the normal non seasonal character or the seasonal character. If the specific steps to get it to the seasonal character are not followed, it will appear in its normal location on the non seasonal.

If it’s not appearing (as mail) on the seasonal, it likely was sent to the non seasonal.

I re-played again the challenge rift, and successfully got the bag.

Let’s consider this bug as fixed :slight_smile:

I lost my Cache at the Alter I tried to offer it and the damn thing opened, Im screwed till next week AHHHH!!!

PSA: if you didnt receive your cache, check your non-seasonal character, it might be sitting there in the email. Do not open it, once you see it on your non seasonal char, log out, log back in with your seasonal account and you should have it in your mail there.

Looking at the character list, with servers busy and error codes, it appears character creation seemed to fail, but finally succeded.

Like, many Kang variants. :grinning:

I suppose this is the origin of the “bug”.

So probably not really a bug.
