I did two rollbacks in Diablo 3 to January 5th and nothing happened. All my items and paragon from season 33 remained in the off-season, and in the season itself, which was interrupted on January 5th, 2025 and returned again, I have to start everything from the beginning, with a zero paragon, without items and without a ready altar. Help me roll back the game to season 33 without these bugs.

There is an option to rollback from a date previous to January 5. It’s at the bottom, “select a different rollback point,” if memory serves. It will also indicate number of heroes/gold etc. Look for information that you absolutely know is good from before this fiasco. Suggest January 4 as a date. You may have rolled back to after the seasonal close.

The system wrote that both my rollbacks were successfully completed, the first time I waited 15 minutes, as it was written, the second time - 2 hours, and nothing. The rollback is offered only for January 5th, there is no other date.
Look carefully at the page, there is an option for “load a different rollback point.” You WILL have to scroll to the very bottom of the page to see it. I loaded from January 4th just to be sure.
The rollback is only offered for January 5th, IF you don’t scroll all the way down.
It takes a moment for the page to load, if you don’t see a satisfactory date, select “more option, or some such language.” It will appear as a cyan colored text.
Right, scrolled down, there is an option for other restore points, and January 4th appeared. Now another question: if I have already rolled back twice (which did not help), will this rollback be the last? Or will I be able to ask for those 2 “broken” rollbacks back? Or another question: if I continue playing again in season 33 without a third rollback, will my new paragon (and new items) be taken into account and added after the end of season 33?

you must roll back to the first of the month. It works.
i rolled to 4th of January, waited 1 minute and it worked.
Write a ticket and ask for the rollbacks back… but they will probably say tis your fault for picking 5th jan.

So you are saying that the paragon that I will have accumulated by the actual end of the 33rd season, if I still do not roll back for the 3rd time, will be saved and added to the non-seasonal? Because my paragon after the end of the season on January 5th (approximately 6400) was still added to the non-seasonal… The question is, will there be a second addition?
