Korean customer support has limitations in resolving bugs, so I am leaving a request here.
When you open my in-game profile and look at the bottom of the ‘Career’ tab, there is a space where you can see the animated images of the currently created heroes. My problem is right here. Normally, deleted heroes should disappear from this space, but the hero that was deleted in the past still appears in this space.
I have already left requests to resolve this issue on the Korean Customer Center, US Customer Center, Korean Bug Report Board, and US Bug Report Board over a year ago, but it has not been resolved for over a year.
There is a limit to how long you can ignore a customer’s problem.
It’s time to fix it.
