You have to complete every chapter by order. This prevents people from just doing Conqueror objectives and skipping the rest of the journey.

The good news is if you set it up just right, you can get all of chapters 2-Conqueror to show up as complete in one fell swoop. To do so, finish all objectives except one in chapter 2 and then complete every other chapter. I suggest the “craft a LV 70 amulet or ring” objective be the one left undone as it can’t be “accidentally” completed as long as you remember not to do it manually. Once you’ve finished the rest of the chapters, craft that puny LV 70 amulet once and you get the neato joy of seeing all of the chapters pop up at once. Just make sure to grab your Haedrig’s Gifts from the in-game mail ASAP so you don’t lose them.
