How to buff necro sets

Trag’oul’s Avatar:
(6) set: All Life-spending abilities deal 3800% 7000% increased damage. Gain a permanent Runeless Simulacrum. Healing from skills is increased by 100%.

Pestilence Master’s Shroud:
(4) set: Each enemy hit with a Bone Spear, Corpse Lance or Corpse Explosion Every cursed enemy reduces the Necromancer’s damage taken by 2% for 15 seconds, stacking up to a maximum of 50%. Using a Corpse Skill maximizes this bonus for 10 seconds.
(6) set: Each corpse consumed by any skill grants an Empowered Bone Spear charge that increases the damage of the next Bone Spear by 3300% 12,000%. Corpse Lance and Corpse Explosion damage is increased by 1650% 4000%.

Jesseth Arms
Jesseth Skullscythe - New Legendary Power: Command Skeletons deals 150-200% more damage and gains the effects of the Frenzy and Dark Mending runes.
Jesseth Skullshield - New Legendary Power: Gain 10% Armor for each Skeleton you have active.

Bones of Rathma
(6) set: Each active Skeletal Mage or Revive minion (counts corpses used rather than bodies in the case of Mask of the Scarlet Death) increases the damage of all minions and Army of the Dead by 1000%, up to 4000% 10,000%. Army of the Dead deals 20,000% increased damage.

Grace of Inarius
(2) set: Bone Armor damage is increased by 1000%. While Bone Armor is active, Grim Scythe attacks 50% faster.
(6) set: Bone Armor, while active, also creates a swirling tornado of bone that drains 500 Essence per second, damaging nearby enemies for 1000% 20,000% damage and increasing the damage they take from the Necromancer Grim Scythe and Corpse Explosion by 10,000% 15,000%.
Inarius now has a shield as part of its set.

Bones of Rathma: (6 set bonus) Skeletal Mage and Revive minions are now permanent. Using Army of the Dead causes all your Skeletal mages and Revived minions to go into a frenzy dealing 10000% damage and causing their attacks to do splash damage for 30 seconds.

And you grow 6 arms with 2H weapons On each that attack automatically on near by monsters, and cows rain from sky , exploding on impact 60 000% and 1 tiny barb boneless, whirlwind around You pooping blood that increases your walking speed by 200% and he keep yelling: “To the Infinity and beyond!”.

Don’t we all wish it?

This is a pretty good set bonus too, but I want army of the dead to be a real big moment for the build. This ends up like Natalya where your big dramatc long cooldown ends up just being used to buff the rest of your stuff and has minimal impact on it’s own

What specifically do you feel is overtuned here? I think in order to push 130 gr, these sets probably need at least this much

Maybe I’m missing your point here for this post, and its this statement that confused me “What specifically do you feel is overtuned here? I think in order to push 130 gr, these sets probably need at least this much”. Is the purpose of this post to suggest all Neco sets should be able to solo 150?

Blizzards goal is an average of gr130 nonseasonal with 5k paragon.

Yea my 6th bonus set for Bones of Rathma is just to make the skeletal mage/revive builds less spammy and more focused on movement and curses/other cool downs.

my problem was:
-necro had some very annoying cooldowns on skills that should be passives.

I would also like to see buffs to necro sets. I still remember buying the necro pack and being disappointed by how weak the class sets were. It’s stupid how LoD versions are stronger than the actual bonuses from sets.

What is dumb, is most of us buying the Necro pack and then having it Nerf’d to the point of extinction.
