I have found 3 perfect primals throughout the last 2-3 years. Double crit and main stat, so naturally main stat gets replaced by elemental damage. One or two of them have even great secondary rolls. Every one was a drop from GRs.

He doesn’t “slam” you. He says what he believes is the best answer. Your reaction seems to stem from having a fragile personality or an extremely beliggerent personality. People with self confidence can discuss any kind of matters without running amok if they are confronted with opinions or even facts that go against what they believe themselves.
It’s a good way to get a perfect neck, yes, I didn’t say it wasn’t, I argued your premise that a perfect neck would serve one better than a perfect weapon would, especially as the legendary effect on that particular neck only has one value and that happens to be the most important stat on the item.

Lol rng. Look at my wizard. That’s the best amulet I have found and I’ve found over 20 primals. Only perfect one I found rolled lightning, can only be used by the key dh lol I am suffering

I gave up on reforging for now.
I also ended up getting a lightning primal after going through what must have been at least 15 primals.
AFAIK, all lightning builds are pretty trash for pushing.
I mean, after 6 seasons, I thought I’d get at least one…
Really pushed this season, too, given the higher primal rates.
This feels like a sick joke when I clearly need Arcane for my Wizard or Physical/Fire for my DH.
Man, they should either allow two primal forged pieces or stop sadistically manipulating the rng backend.
They’re obviously controlling the probabilities to not be uniform. While non-uniformity may be acceptable, not having some kind of pity mechanic to compensate is pretty malevolent, considering how this game doesn’t have any kind of trading to mitigate bad luck.
It’s essentially “get lucky or get out.” Argh!
last season i found a perfect ancient (not primal) squirts with lightning for the impale dh. That was my only good squirts luck season haha right now the best ive found is ancient 18% 99% 10%
