According to maxroll they are basically tied for everything except solo xp (WoL is ~30% less). The solo tier list is not updated yet for S25 but it would probably be similar. With it being that close I would say play what you find more fun.
They are not close in power level. Innas is much stronger. For example, it took wudi over 3000 keys to clear a 150 with WoL, and something like 100 keys for innas. Innas is also much easier to gear.
Innas is the softer and easier way. Wave of light is goofy overpowered too. It’s just hard to gear for.

this is basically how ALL top10 clears across all solo boards are achieved
Plus Wudijo was 3k at the time, so it took more fishing.
Last season inna monk really overshadowed lod wol with the ethereals and tempest rush variant, next seas with shenlong and the shards inna gonna be hella strong again
you can burn 30k on fishing very fast
