How does the damage work for Hydra when you cast it? The only thing I’m aware of is if you have 5 stacks of Arcane Dynamo it will use that when you cast it but what about about items like Convention of Elements? Will the hydra(frost hydra) automatically start doing more damage when it cycles to the cold damage or only if you cast it during the cold damage cycle of CoE? For the Endless Walk set same thing does it do more damage if its already out and you’re standing still or does it only do more damage if you cast it when you have the standing still bonus? Same line of questioning for the Bastions of Will set, etc.
Arcane Dynamo is snapshot in on hydra cast but just about everything else is dynamic, it doesn’t matter when you spawn the hydras. So if you spawn hydras on arcane CoE cycle, then it rolls around to cold CoE cycle, they will benefit from the cold damage. Same for Endless Walk, Bastions, etc.
