PTR is all about buying everything from the vendor in town.
Buy 9 bags of fortune and go to act2 town using the NPC for what ever color gem you need and suddenly you have all Flawless Royals in the color you need.
You will level up very fast and use reforges at will.
Bag of Fortune is your go-to after each gr.
Salvage the Ethereal’s for gr keys and other goodies.
This is how you play PTR.
