How do you beat the witch on pc?
Which witch? Adria? Maghda? Uber witch? Kind of a vague question. What class are you playing? What build?

Same way you beat everything else.
Eveel Butterfly: hit her hard & fast before you get overwhelmed by her minions. And avoid the purple blast of doom.
Black Widow Adria: hit her hard & fast before she summons more blobs. Avoid stepping on the blobs on the ground, and avoid her big swipe. And hit her with your Big Bada Boom when she runs to the blood pool to summon more bubblies.

You can’t, she’s too powerful. Guess you’re going to just have to let her resummon Diablo so we can play Diablo 4, pity!
Real answer: Same as above except if you’re getting one shot better to just gear up or lower difficulty (unless you’re playing campaign)

Play a demon hunter.
Get a level 70 dagger from Haedrig.
Upgrade it.
(this might take more than one.)
Take Lord Greenstone’s Fan and cube it - add this as your weapon power.
Set “Fan of Knives” as one of the skills you have, preferably with the Bladed Armor rune.
Don’t active it until you’re at the boss.
They will very likely die immediately.
