How do I get tankier?

I’m paragon 285 I’m playing Inarius necromancer. I can do a 51 rift but then I start to die. What should I do to get a bit more beefy?

This bracer is supposed to be helping you survive - Ancient Parthan Defenders - Each stunned enemy within 25 yards reduces your damage taken by 9%. I don’t play Necro much but I do play Demon Hunter and it too can get 1 shot but if I use the evasive fire with my Wraps of Clarity bracer it gives me protection. I think yours will have the same type of mechanic. But alas - these are not tanky characters - you want tanky you do a barb etc.

According to Icy Veins and DiabloFans the top-tier Necromancer builds for Season 18, Patch 2.6.6 are the Legacy of Dreams builds.

Inarius builds are considered low to high-tier.
