Horde of the Ninety Savages set couldn't be used for TOME

getting 4 tomes of set dungeons, I gathered the Horde of the Ninety Savages only to be told, I wasn’t garbed properly for this set, and couldn’t collect the tome for this set. sorry if this has already been posted

Yes. It doesn’t happen often these days. But, occasionally we still have to inform players (mostly new players) that only Sets with associated Set Dungeons have these Pages.

After all these years, we’re used to it…   kinda.
