After i used a scroll of town portal to get my healing potions during duriel fight the game broke and wouldn’t allow me to interact with anything. i couldn’t talk to NPCs or use portals so I had to save and exit and now I cant get the horadric staff pieces to drop again so I can rebuild it and finish the beta : /
Do you need it? On legacy D2 if you already put the staff in the oracle to open the chamber to Duriel, if you exit the game, the next game you create will not need the staff, once you find the right area you can go right in the chamber. Hopefully D2R does this also. The one trick is that you have to create the game iirc, if you join someone else’s game you may be stuck in limbo until you remake.
