Act 4 dropped only one Horadric Cache on Saturday, May 14. Not sure why it only dropped one because it was doubled on all other bounties that I have done in the last few days.
Edit: I was in a solo game and my inventory was not full.
This can happen if you are dead or have just procced when someone turns in a cache. Also, it is possible that your inventory was full when someone turned in the caches for that act.

I was in a solo game. My inventory was also about half full. Typically when the inventory is full the Cache has fallen to the ground. At least in a solo game when I turn it in myself.
