Maybe you don’t understand what the PTR is. It’s supposed to act just like live, but with the new code. Currently, in live, there are two events active. There’s no reasonable expectation that those two events wouldn’t also be active in PTR.
Honestly, a bizarre thing to complain about. Especially since you didn’t also complain about the darkening of tristram event and its associated rewards and achievements.
