High latency and random disconnects

Ever since last night I’ve been having these random disconnects and really high latency. everything was fine as of a couple of days ago. I’ve done the basic troubleshooting steps I’ve found searching online before making this post and still have no luck. Playing on the NA server. This issue is only happening on diablo 3 any other game is running just fine

Hey Elwell,

The WinMTR data is showing some packet loss occurring within your internet provider’s network.

We can see the connection between your PC and router is perfect, but once the connection hits the ISP network things start to go bad. I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with your internet provider to see if they are aware of any issues.

Thank you for the reply, my ISP said there’s no issue and that makes sense cause I have no issues with any other games and from what i can tell everything is running well on my internet side. One thing I’ve found troubleshooting this the past day was is if I ran these commands:
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

And then preform a network rest in windows settings I can get maybe a hour or two of uninterrupted gameplay. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks.

I randomly have the same issue, always have with D3, never with any other games.
