Hi everyone! i bought D3 last May or June, when I’m still starting the game i don’t have issues on latency. but these past few weeks I’m having trouble on my latency i got red bar on my latency. Please someone help me i really love D3! Im from Philippines.

It’s not unusual for there to be substantial latency when playing from your location due to the distance and there is also frequently undersea cable damage that can lead to connection problems. While there isn’t much we can do, we can try to help you identify where the problem is happening. Please reply with a WinMTR test:
- Download WinMTR
- Unzip the file to your desktop
- Run the WinMTR as Admin
- Type
24.105.30.129
in “host”. - Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
- Click “Copy text to clipboard”
- Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between:

As OP said he is from Phillipines, any chance he is connected to Australia server?
If this is the case, OP should test the IP 103.4.115.248 instead.

Chiming in to mention that there is an ongoing issue with Converge.
Looks like there’s latency spikes up to 3000 just to your router. If you’re using a wireless connection you might want to try swapping to wired and plug into the router directly.
In addition to the local issues there does seem to be an overall issue going on with Converge ISP in the Philippines recently, as Nicole mentioned. You may want to reach out to them to see if they are aware of anything that might be causing this.

It looks like there is some packet loss and latency spikes happening on the route to our servers. This may be causing some issues and in this case, you could try testing another network like a hotspot or test a free VPN to see if it helps route around the problem. You may also want to test another region to see if there’s any change.
