Help with using controller and PC - change spells

Ug, I have not played diablo since version 1 and I can not figure out how to change spells when using a controller. For a Scorreress, I am stuck with a melee weapon and fire ball even if I reset my skills. HELP!

Also, I can only set 2 skills. As noted above, I can not add a third or fourth skill. What am I doing wrong. I use a logitec gamepad F10. Thanks.

if you are talking about Diablo 3 , on PC. There is no controller support. If you want a controller for D3, gotta play on Xbox, Switch or PS.
