In your case, you would put Volatility-11129 in the spot there. Then within all the parameters listed, do a find (CTRL+F) to locate the text trust_level and note the highest one. In your case, as of right now, you are TL2.
Since Blizzard uses the 100 day rolling averages, I think that it might be nice to see the rolling average statistics shown additionally for post read, topics viewed, days visited, etc…
I actually did that yesterday. I think it is lowered only to somewhere near 17.5k. It does take a while even when we have so many long threads.
This requirement is really odd. I think it makes sense to increase number of topic read, but not post read. Many long threads are just pointless or repeating argues and we have to scroll across them just to increase our read count…
TL3 is overrated and definitely not worth the effort. You constantly have to watch your P’s and Q’s, and walk around on eggshells in fear of getting banned and losing it for good.
I just reread what I quoted from your previous post. You used the term “bookmark” and I just caught that. (I had “link” on my mind when I read it).
Maybe I misunderstood you. But, I do have both, Pachimari’s Guide and the Trust Level, pages bookmarked. But, it doesn’t matter which URL I use for the bookmarks because they both take me to the correct page with the “original” URL in the browser’s address bar.
If by “bookmark” you just mean the link in my previous post, then I’ve already changed it.
Update, I now have more posts/threads read than several other players with TL3 and I still do not have my status back. Is there something else I can do to?
What did I do to deserve this demotion!
I can’t even edit my old posts that had links in them to provide updated information without removing the link!
I’d say the mere ability to post functional links to any website should be enough to not give up TL3 status.
With TL2 and below one has to turn the links into preformatted text to post them and roughly 90% people with lower trust level don’t know how to do that because they don’t read the forum guide.
I attained my TL3 status when I had around 7-8k posts read sometime in September I think. I’m not sure when I lost it but it was at least a week or two ago. I have checked and some current TL3 accounts have less than 20k posts viewed.
I also rarely post links, but when I’m trying to share theory-crafted ideas, there are a number of sites I link sometimes. Also, posting math is neater and prettier with some LaTeX embedded images.
