I’d recommend fiddling with the D3Planner to see what would the best course to take. It should give better answers than we can.
Do you know if it can also answer the first point, regarding the which xbow is used for the FPA calculation?
I’d wager it takes an average of their attack speeds. In dualwielding setups there are things averaged between the hands and attack speed likely is one.
Not sure though, don’t take this one as a fact.
Yeah, I can’t figure it out either, but I can say, in the planner the Strafe breakpoint stays on 7 FPA until both weapons have IAS rolls and go above 2.14.
So, in my case the IAS roll seems to be useless.
The more I think about, the more it makes sense. The IAS rolls on weapons are mutiplicative with the weapons they’re on while IAS rolls on other gear are additive. So to reach the same attack speed both weapons need an IAS roll.
Ingame one can see separate attack speeds when dualwielding. Both need to reach the breakpoint.
