Help needed, guys, this is my first seasonal play. Finished chapters I to III but have no idea how to collect the rewards, help appreciated~ Thanks~

Click on the little envelope in the lower left corner of the screen.

In addition to clicking that envelope, please remember that mail only lasts 30 days so if you waited too long, you may no longer have rewards.

The same goes, when season is over at all your seasonal stuff is brought to non-season. Click on an envolope at the lower left of your screen.

Just so you know: That envelope icon only appears when you have mail.

  • Your first Haedrig’s Gift is sent to you after you complete Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.

  • Your second Haedrig’s Gift is sent to you after you complete Chapter 3.

  • Your third and final Haedrig’s Gift will be sent to you after you complete Chapter 4.
