Help! Low FPS with RTX

I have an AW laptop with a RTX 3080. I just bought a gaming montior as my screen is a 4k 60hz display. I run all my other high end games fine thru g-sync at 1440p at 144hz. D3 i can only pull 50 FPS and have constant latency/ low FPS screen tearing! D3 runs fine thru laptop monitor but not thru my new gaming monitor!

Please help!

Check the game’s settings in the NVIDIA control panel.

Set the Preferred graphics processor to high-performance NVIDIA processor
