Yesterday (3/2/23) I ran (solo) about 15 Infernal Machines of each type without noticing that even though they were dropping after the Mob died, I picked them up and nothing ended up in my inventory.
I quit and restarted and tried again and even though they drop, noting ends up in my inventory (or stash because sometimes this game is weird). Running in T16. Didn’t try a lower Torment yet.
THIS IS A REALLY BIG DEAL because I cannot progress further in the Altar without an Ancient Hellfire Ring.
Note: These did drop for me last weekend when I ran the instances once.
