Health globe spawn

Dear Blizzard,

I’ve been playing this game for a long time now and i love it today as i loved it yesterday.
I’ve been reading some pleasant news recently like Nev’s comments showing Blizz is hearing community or the recent post “Diablo III and Ongoing Support”. In this page, i saw plenty of exciting news like set for each class, that is huge !
I also saw this : “We’ve heard your feedback about wanting new ways to play and to change up your gameplay experience”.

Today (and been like that for a while now) the best way to farm XP is Ratrunnning (LoNmage by now). First reason, the skeletal mage has a lot of items/passives skills/actives skills that give multiplicative damage boost. Second reason, the singularity Rune does massive damage but is balanced by a very high, indeed the most expensive possible, resource cost. Third and best reason, since the (well played) Znecro has 0 CD on Land of the Dead, and the Live from Death passive spawns plenty (about hundred ?) of globes within the 10 seconds duration of LotD, the huge damage of the Singularity rune is no more balanced by its huge costs.

Now remember just two years ago before patch 2.4.1 : at this time some class is powerfull because some support spwan health globes. Then came patch 2.4.1, extracts :

            Skill Rune - Death is Life
                Chance to summon a Zombie Dog increased to 70%
                **No longer has a chance to drop a Health Globe**"

As you see, almost all the health globe generators have been nerved in this patch (including the no more playable Solanium) to avoid the Reaper’s Wrath abuse. And 2 years after, we’ve got the same abuse of health globe spawn. Worse by far as it was seeing the massive (massive, massive !) spawn of Znec combine to the highest damage skill in game except the (unbalanced too) starpact-meteor.

So dear Blizzard, now that Necromancer has been sold enough, as it’s :

  • one of the two XP-meta sup,
  • the two DPS of the XP-meta sup,
  • the push-meta BK,

is it possible to make something that could put all classes on same level of health globe spawn chance ?

I know it would kill ratruns, i admit i’m bored of it. That would cause a nice brainstorming to find a new XP meta(s) and would be more balanced : as a Necro - and other classes - player i feel really unfair the difference between Necro and all other classes on this particular and so important point the health globe spawn is.

They should remove the ability of the Necro to generate health globes. And bring it inline with the rest of the cast, but they can’t do that now can they.

Cos it wouldn’t work as well and their entire xpack would be a failure.

When they did this to Barbs and the reliance on the stupid 6p set items, it forever ruined the Barbarian, to the point where the class cannot work without the set pieces, or the later introduce legendaries.

What I mentioned above is the state of Barb pre Into the Fray and Thrive on Chaos rework.

We were nerfed because too powerful. Being able to generate resource and heal being to strong.

Now we have Wizards carrying full teams without ancient weapons, not using resource, through 115s. heh… Blizzard.

Just kill healthglobe generation all together the idea behind it initially was sound and there is no reason to continue down this path. What’s fair for one class is fair for the other classes.
