I have done close to 50 gr 90 runs and have not had any . can someone look into it and see if there is a problem, only 2 have dropped with ppl ive played with.
doesnt make sense to play at this drop rate, cant progress the alter or upgrade gear.
Me neither. Haven’t gotten a single one. I’ve gotten about 10-15 Ethereals, and even several Primals to drop in Greater Rifts, but not one single Scream.
It’s literally the only item i need to finish the Season Journey.
Keep playing, they’ll come. Both of you are below 800 paragon. Not that the number matters in itself but it is an indication of how many GRs you have run.

I’ve got 6 of the damn things but still haven’t seen a single Ramaladi’s and I’m p620 or so. Stuck in the altar unable to progress because I need a Gift for the next node. Nothing to do but grind, grind, grind and then grind some more.
I have gotten 5 Ramas, still have 4 after sacrificing one, still not a single scream yet. Wanna trade? …oh yah we can’t.
I passed P800 (SSF, so more GR’s than groups would do).
Got my first Rama at like P450ish, my first Scream at like P600+.
Had 3 of each drop so far.
Just lacking 2 more Primals to complete altar 100%.

Just to confirm Screams drop from GR’s only, and supposedly the droprate is not higher if you do higher GR’s- so I recommend to do the fastest you can do (of course 90+ if you can, but early in season I settle with 59’s, too). Especially if your goal is to get Scream(s) for the altar. You need 2 at least.

Well at p760 now and I have finally gotten one Ramalama (at p744) which I used to unlock a node in the altar. Precisely zero primal drops (other than my freebie for clearing GR70) and I’m 0 for 8 on the Mysterious Cave giving me the Rainbow Vial. Every single thing this season has been like crawling over broken glass while Blizzard dumps salt on me.
I’m getting to the point now where the whole season is looking like a giant “Meh” because the loot is so effed up. I was p500 or so before my first Ethereal dropped. Oh, and it wasn’t even for my class… Nearly half the ethereals I’ve gotten have been for classes other than Wizard. Lovely RNG.
