You also follow me around and replies in various posts without reason, since I never replied to you in those.

Since I had “an entire community after” me and never was sanctioned, that means my posts were above board. That time was heated with lots of behavior that crossed the line in telation to how folks were being treated be it Blizzard staff, streamers, and lastly, those holding a minority view that proved correct.
My point is that if one keeps things civil (no personal attacks/insults/false accusations) then one have very little to be concerned about in terms of forum moderation irrespective of those who may false flags and criticize at multiple junctures.

And my point is : you have broken the rules numerous times, especially the last couple of weeks with how much you have spammed and followed me in various posts just to spam some more.

You already have proof from this thread as I can embed images from imgur which means I am TL3. I have been TL3 continuously since the"new" forum was 51 days old.

I will not take advice from someone like you. The last couple of weeks you have both spammed to a disturbing extend and have followed me in various posts, just to do the same and to bait for a discussion, which there is a word for.

All forum members can get banned if they break the rules.
If one is TL3 (earned by meeting the requirements and not one of the 8 or so that.were manually awarded TL3 when the new forum started), a ban permanently revokes TL3. My understanding was at least one forum makeover reset ban number so one could obtain TL3 if one had a prior ban.
Since I have been continuously TL3 since day 51 as the link I provided demonstrates, this latter scenario does not apply to me. I have never been temporarily suspended/ banned from any forum nor have I ever received in game silence for any game.

Getting a forum ban or suspension automatically removes you from TL 3. You can eventually earn it back, but it takes 6 months to a year which means the “added to TL3” date would have changed.
MicroRNA has never been actioned on the forums by moderators. DESPITE the headed discussions - he never actually broke the rules.
If you think someone is breaking the rules, flag them.
I REALLY wish at times I had the power to at least lock threads pending Mod review.

Fact. MicroRNA has not been suspended from the forums ever. He would have lost TL3 if he had been.

Fact, just cause someone never been banned, does not mean they did not break the rules. Just like in game, there is a flaw in the flag system. Someone can abuse this and get someone else banned.
The ONLY thing that can happen automatically with a flag is that a post gets turned grey and you have to click to read it.
A forum suspension means a MOD who works for Blizzard agreed with the reports and issued a penalty. So no, you can’t just gets someone else who is innocent in trouble.

Seriously, flags can’t get someone auto suspended from the forums. Ever. It has to be done by a Moderator who reads the post and determines it breaks the rules.
