Has anyone else have problems with the rift time

I have played rifts 45 and higher if doesnt show that I completed the champion section because it says I not completed a rift in 6 min or less I have done this several times but it will not say that I have done this. I even went higher to see if just me but it will not say I completed any thing under 6 min. Can someone tell what I am doing wrong

You’re doing the wrong type of rift.

For Champion, you need to complete a Torment 10 Nephalem Rift in less than 6 minutes with a level 70 hero.

The timer starts when you open the rift (not when you enter it)… and stops when you speak to Orek at the end… not when you kill the Rift Guardian.

If you had a purple portal, it was a Greater Rift.

What you need for the Season Journey task is a Nephalem Rift, which is a yellow portal…

Yes mine will not update with a timed rift not even on the ones that dont count towards the champian or higher goals

Provide details and show us… with screenshots if possible.

There is no such thing as a timed rift – use the proper name. Do you mean a Greater Rift ?

If the objective requires a Nephalem rift and you do a Greater Rift (or vice-versa)… then, obviously, you’re not meeting the requirement of the objective and it won’t count.

I thought they were talking about these:

Champion Chapter


Destroyer Chapter


Conqueror Chapter


Guardian Chapter


And @Boubou is correct. These must be Nephalem Rifts. NOT Greater Rifts. And they must be done on the correct Torment Level or higher.
