Hardcore queue not working

Hello-

I’ve noticed that the softcore season queue works as expected – if there is a queue, you get a time, and it periodically ticks down.

I created a hardcore character, though, and I’ve only gotten into the game once. This morning I tried to get in a few hours ago – the queue time was 16 seconds, and the queue time is still 16 seconds. If I had to guess, I think it’s estimating how long it should take, but then it’s not progressing my character in the queue, at all.

Also, if I leave the queue and re-enter it, I get the same estimate (consistently). I just left the queue after having been in it for hours, and when I clicked “start game” again I got the same 16 second timer.

Same here i get in queue usually 1 min 53 sec and just seems to hang there forever

Same here, i’m in the queue since 3 hours. There’s only one server for the world. It’s a joke. They have no respect for the players…

same here, i stayed in queue for 2 hours then give up. its like u h8 us playing HC seson so u just wont let us. SC works fine but i dont want stupid SC. This issue is annoying 100s of ppl. plz fix asap
