I’ve completed Act IV of S28, was told I received Haedrig’s Gift, but have not received it and cannot find any mail icon with which to retrieve it. Advice please?
Before you can claim rewards for any Chapter, all previous chapters must also be completed. So, ensure you have finished Chapters 1 (no reward), Chapter 2 (a gift), and Chapter 3 (another Gift.)
It is possible to “complete” the Chapters out of order but they must all be finished to unlock.
Chapter 1 was bawz chapter 2 better not be star wars and chapter 3 best not be power rangers xD.

Umm, as folks are saying, Haedrig’s gift is given to Season Character after completing the first 4 Chapters of Season Journey. You don’t get it for just completing Act IV in campaign.

The it’s either a bug, you collected it or you deleted it. And you’re talking about the chapters in the season journey, not the acts in the story mode, right?
Or you had Stash open somehow while checking mail and it went into there and not your inventory (or it was in inventory and then moved to Stash) via right click. It would not show as “new” if PC even has that flag since it was seen already.
I have completed all 4 . The system message said that HG has been added to my collection. So far as I can tell it has not been added. Now what?
I suppose you know the obvious: where to look for the mail icon (lower left screen corner) and how to open the message and get the reward?

That’s what I need the forums for. In WOW they have actual mailboxes, so I guess that’s what I expected to see. Haedrig is indeed generoua. Been playing a long time but never got to this level, so thanks again
