Always Error 1016 since 3-4 Days on EU Servers.
1 hour ago it worked without any problems,
at arround 09:00 German Time i got the Error 1016 again
and now i cannot even login anymore.
battle.net says that something went wrong (content from servers).
Hey, H3X4G3N! The issue reported here looked a bit different from the ones we were seeing the other day. The login issues we were seeing impacting a large group of players was only for that day, so with this happening for the last few days, I went ahead and moved you over to a new thread so we can look into this further with you.
I wasn’t able to find the crash error code provided here. Since the problem seems to be a bit sporadic, connection issues to the game servers is the prime concern. Could you provide a WinMTR test? Run the test until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
