Guardian's Jeopardy+IK HOTA for low paragon lvs

For high paragon lvs Endless Walk set is the best choice, but for low paragons lvs the new Guardian’s Jeopardy may be better. what do you guys think?

edit 1: i forgot to say, i am using Guardian’s bracer and in the cube ROYAL GRANDEUR and first man.
edit2: does anyone know if Guardian’s Jeopardy doubles the stats of the gems attached?

Yes. If they’re anything but diamonds. I think it’s a bug (I wouldn’t count gems as “base” but I’m not a D3 dev) but let’s wait and see.

but is it worth for barbs doing this? I dont think so.
