Anyone know for sure if the 15% from the 3p goes over the 25% cap? I was going to incorporate it into my Monk’s speedfarm build and just made 2 pieces (using RRoG) but it doesn’t seem to be adding more.
I thought bonuses from sets and legendary powers were exempted from the item cap?
EDIT: Fleet Footed doesn’t seem to be doing anything either what the hell ?
