Grotesque Elites not Procing In-Geom

Please address this before the new season goes live!

I’ve noticed in the s25 PTR and in season 24, killing a Grotesque elite blue pack does not activate In-Geom.
This is most noticeable when soloing on my Monk, or in speed groups.

There has also been an on-going bug that the Ghom rift guardian does not proc the ingeom buff.

Aren’t grotesques those fatty bursters that spew out little snakes/babies?

If so, maybe you have to also kill the things they create on death explosion?

The Eels spawned after the fatties explode do not activate In-Geom. Just tested.
