Grey Screen & Force Close

To whom it may concern,
I am unable to launch D3. When I do, I get a gray screen, and then it force closes the program. I’ve tried everything in this thread that’s related to me.
I’ve attempted to change my D3prefs.txt DisableChromaEffects setting to 1. I don’t have any Razer products or Razer Synapse software installed. Nor have I ever had it installed.
I’m unable to post links, so if you want a DxDiag, let me know and I will PM a .txt or a pastebin link.
I checked Event Viewer, but I’m not getting any valuable information from it. This is the only error I received:

Hey Luta,

This line here makes me think that another program may be interfering with D3 when it’s launching. I’d try rebooting in Selective Startup and see if that helps.

Press Windows Key+R.
Type msconfig and press Enter.
Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
Select the Services tab.
Check Hide all Microsoft services.
Note: Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
Click Disable all.
Click Apply then click OK.
Click Restart.

I also looked up a couple of your error reports and noticed you were using a Windows 10 Insider build (19041) so this too may be a factor in what is causing the game to crash. If you can go back to the latest non-Insider build that would be worth a shot.
