I ran 4 Ancient Puzzle ring Vaults with the same 4 players, in the same game.
Then I ran a regular Puzzle ring, and the last player in the party got all the achievements even after being in the previous Ancient Vaults.
It appears that Greed in Ancient Vaults does not give the achievements when she should.
