Greater Rift Difficulty Settings (resolved thanks)

Hello all, new to the game and the forum. I was streaming the other day and a player/viewer asked if I wanted to Power Level. I wasn’t sure what that meant but went along for science. I created a new character as I hadn’t tried seasonal yet and only had my campaign character. Next thing I was level 70 etc and that was a bit of fun. I have since tried to do Greater Rifts but they are like GR75 and I just get 1 shot do I need to grind on regular rifts to level up? I wanted to get the rewards on seasonal 4 but can’t solo the greater rift. Is this the price for the Power Level?

Baby steps, first. Run regular rifts and gather some keys. get some paragon points built up, then do some solo GR’s at lower levels. Increase level as you get more paragons and more power. Chapter IV you only have to solo a GR20.

Thanks I must have missed where to change the GR setting.

Regular rifts are set by the game difficulty. For GR’s, when you click the Greater Rift tab a menu drops down, scroll up and down.

When you click on the Obelisk in town, it gives you a choice between Nephalem Rifts and Greater Rifts. If you choose a Nephalem Rift, the difficulty of that matches the difficulty you have your game set to, e.g. Torment 16 is nominally like a GR75. If T16 is too high for you, drop your game’s difficulty to a lower torment. When you select a Greater Rift at the Obelisk, you have a drop-down slider where you can select which difficulty of GR you want to do.

Thanks for the replies I missed that drop down menu.
