Can a two-handed powerful weapon for a barbarian not turn into a Grandfather? (Ethereal version)

I think, of the three ethereal weapons, only one of them is a two-handed (The Grandfather.) Although nothing “turns into it.” You either get it to drop or you do not.
No, I just got an achievement for an ethereal weapon… And, alas - when I want to transmogrify my two-handed powerful weapon-the Grandfather is not there (
To unlock the transmog option you must first collect all 21 ethereal weapons, 3 for each class. Having one doesn’t do it. Having 20 doesn’t do it.
If you have, then you may need to log out and back in for the game to update your achievement.
