So how does this one work exactly?
Is it any full class set bonus and run through GR 55 or higher?
Like for example, going through with wizard with a different set each time and then going through with some other class and class set will complete it?

Yes. Every set of every class counts towards this completion. 5 set per class. The major ones with the 6 set piece bonus. Not the minor ones like focus & restraint or captain crimson. You’ll probably need 2 classes to get it done easily, but I’ve seen people claiming that wearing a set of another class can also work. For example immortal king of barb can be equiped by every class and it will still count. For me it’s just easier to level a second character and complete it. Needless to say all of the sets in the game are capable of doing GR 55 easily.

I personally also kind of screwed myself on this front in terms of quickness with wizard.
I don’t usually complete seasons and wasn’t sure what exactly conquests were until recently and got rid of pretty much all the class sets after getting the dungeon notes for altar lol.
Still, re-getting sets is far easier and quicker in the long run than trying to do acts 1-5 in an hour. At least to me.
Yeah the acts 1-5 is probably the worst and requires some planning ahead and making your build as fast as humanly possible. The other conquests can be done naturally by playing a couple of classes and do the usual stuff efficiently. Don’t worry you’ll find the other sets in no time if you do GRs.
Edit: Another super easy conquest is the one where you need to do GR55 solo without any set items. Every LoD build can do it without the slightest effort but I have to say you don’t even need LoD Gem to be max lever nor every item to be ancient. You can just put some random items that work with the skills you are using and you 're done! (don’t use a single green item like blackthorne pants, or it won’t work)
and remember, you only need 5 pieces of the set plus RoRG. Having all 6+ pieces isn’t required.
another helpful hint: if you have a decent amount of mats at this point, upgrade rare (recipe 3) and convert set item (recipe 4) are your friends. This makes getting that 6th set with another class much easier especially playing solo. Example (since you are playing Wiz):
gamble shards for mojos
Get 5 Zuni mojos
convert 4 mojos to other set pieces
throw on a level 1 WD with a RORG
get to level 70 fast with massacre bonus
do your 6th GR55

He could also do that to get the Zuni set, then mix it with 3-piece Tal Rasha (RoRG for fourth) and do the GR 55 and he will get credit for the doing the GR 55 with Zuni on his Wizard.
He’ll still need to gamble 5 mojos and change them using the cube but will skip Helm and Mojo results from the cube to get Hands, Feet, Legs, Chest, and Ring. Edit: and mix it with Helm, Orb and Amulet of Tal Rasha.

Also, you need to wear 5 pieces of the set, but you don’t need to use the set mechanics. A build that relies mostly on legendaries (like wiz meteor) can do GR55 comfortably even without a class set or LoD. So just get your key metoer legendaries together and in cube, leave 5 slots for a dummy class set, and you will run through GR55 with all the sets without having to change build. Saves a lot of time not having to set up a new build for each set.

Even easier than that because it is only GR45 with no Greens. Alas, not for this Season.

Inna’s set + Wizard doesn’t work for example, so it need to be tested. Better way is create second class character
I think I tried that (on non-barbarian) and it didn’t count, but I’m not sure, gotta check it.
However, wearing Zunimassa set (from witch doctor) on other classes does count towards this conquest (done this).

Can you imagine a wizard equipping 6-piece inna and placing on the inna leaderboard.

As others have said, it’s not about having 6 pieces of a Class Set equipped. It’s about having the 6-piece BONUSES active.
The operative phrase being: “…with the full bonuses…”. That doesn’t mean your Character has to be able to use those Bonuses. Only that they’re active.
And, it’s not about placement on the Leaderboards. It’s about completing a Seasonal Conquest.
I actually got done with this conquest early this morning at 10:21am Pacific Time. The Class sets I used are as follows: 1) Unhallowed Essence, 2) Natalya’s Vengeance, 3) The Shadow’s Mantle, 4) Embodiment of the Marauder, 5) Gears of Dreadlands, and lastly 6) Horde of the Ninety Savages (This one I had to level up a Barbarian to use).
