I ran a GoD DH in S21, got up to over 1k Paragon and my fastest GR 100 clear was in 6:49. I have 2x L78 Augments and not overly optimized rolls on my gear.
I’m now running that same character, gear, and 1050 Paragon points invested on the PTR and my best clear so far was in 9:24. I definitely feel like I’m dying more often and progressing much slower. One run had a Frozen Reflect Damage Missile Dampener Elite and that was brutal to try to take down.
Read the previous thread we are posting on. I’m trying at 5.3k paragon and hitting like I’m throwing snow flakes or cotton balls at the mobs.
This set is dead now for me. On main EU server i’ve complete GR 107 in avg 5min (2600plvl). In PTR in 5 min with this character with same distributed of paragon i’ve reached 60% progression only.
It’s not dead for you, it’s dead. It’s not even a build for anything really. they just need to fix the interactions or if you read the previous thread we were discussing on already about it. It need like 40,000% more dmg, or fix the elite shield mechanic.
Also they can limit number of stacks damage increasing instead number of piercing counting. But they asked to not concentrate on probably solutions. 
When they do braindead things like this you wonder if anybody actually plays the game before screwing up the builds.
